Do you offer free shipping?
We currently offer free shipping for orders within United Kingdom.
How quickly will I receive my package(s)?
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, orders placed on working days will be ready for dispatch within 3 working days. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed within the following 2 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Note: Exceptional circumstances include, but are not limited to:
Orders with an incorrect address,
Orders requiring information verification,
Canceled orders, etc.
If the shipping carrier indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier and Radwerk immediately. We will assist you as best we can.
Can I change my delivery address after my order has been shipped?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address once the order has been shipped. Please ensure your delivery address is correct!
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, we are not responsible for any loss or misrouting of your order.
Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?
Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled after it has been shipped. However, you can contact the shipping carrier to intercept the package. If this is not possible, please decline the order. Please drop off the package upon delivery.
If you do not refuse the package, you may incur return shipping costs. A refund will be issued once the return is received at our warehouse.
